RAF

Cardone Consulting created the branding for RAF and is subcontracting a project management mission for the Belgian Bankers’Academy (www.bba.be) in Rwanda. BBA has a direct contract with the Rwanda Bankers’Association in order to set up an vocational training institute. The fact finding mission taught us that the needs of training the banks’ personnel was not limited to the banking sector but to the entire financial sector, including insurance companies, microfinance institutions, pension funds etc. Therefore the launched project was developed under the name of Rwanda Academy of Finance. Mission started by Cardone Consulting in August 2018 and ongoing. The first curriculum of 9 modules ,destined to the basic personnel of the banking sector was launched in October 2019 with a press conference and a cocktail at the Belgian Embassy in Kigali.
